Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms, although lovely and clean, were smaller than expected and not soundproof as advertised. Unfortunately, breakfast was not included. On the positive side, the service was warm, helpful, and accommodating, albeit a bit rude to a friend. The location, while having some pleasing aspects like a nice sitting area despite overlooking a car park, was overall in a less desirable industrial zone with small and dark rooms. However, the dining experience was fantastic with a good selection of dishes, and the facilities were well-maintained.
As soon as I entered the room, I was greeted by a lovely scent, even though I couldn't find the air freshener—no big deal, it was a nice touch. The room was on the smaller side, and the bathroom wasn't really suitable for taller individuals due to the low ceiling in the shower. The mezzanine for the kids' beds was a wonderful feature, but the layout made navigating around a bit cumbersome, especially with the stairs so close to the bathroom and front door.
I found the hotel to be cozy and clean, with friendly staff. However, the layout of the rooms could be difficult for families with young children. The mezzanine in our room was lovely for the kids, but the proximity of various elements made it a bit tricky to navigate.
The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms, though clean and comfy, had a mildew smell. The mezzanine for the kids' beds was a nice touch, but the layout was a bit inconvenient with everything so close together. The size of the room didn't match the photos, and some amenities were lacking. The mattresses and pillows, however, were comfortable and clean.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although not as spacious as shown in the photos, were comfortable and had some modern light effects. The service was friendly and they even recognized us from a previous visit. The location, while remote, was convenient for a stopover during a car trip. The dining options were satisfactory, and the facilities were decent.
My stay at the hotel was comfortable, despite the rooms not living up to the quality shown in the pictures during booking. The location, although industrial, offered a convenient stopover while traveling. The service was friendly and helpful, especially the staff at the bar/restaurant. The dining experience was good overall, but there were some areas for improvement. The facilities were satisfactory for my needs.
The hotel rooms were smaller than expected, but functional with a pleasant scent. However, there was an unpleasant damp smell that required ventilation daily. The staff provided clean accommodations and recognized us from a previous stay, although their interaction felt scripted. The location was in a commercial area, ideal for an overnight stop en route to Spain, with the added touch of late outdoor seating. The dining options were satisfactory, with homemade frozen yogurt being a highlight. The facilities were adequate with a few shortcomings.
The hotel has everything you need for a one night stopover and smells lovely as soon as you enter, despite an awful damp smell in the room that required constant airing. The room looked smaller than expected in real life, with some amenities only provided for 2 people instead of 4. However, the staff recognized us and accommodated our room preference from a previous visit, which was fantastic.
The hotel was ideal for a 4-person family but the rooms were small and not adapted for tall guests. It was in need of decoration but overall fine. The service was awesome, very polite, and helpful. The location, while good for specific purposes, was quite far from the tourist area. The dining experience was satisfactory but not worth the price. The facilities were decent.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and new, providing a comfortable bed. They were also soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful rest. The stylish decor added a nice touch. However, the location was a bit remote without a car, although it was great for visiting sites in Provence. The service was excellent, with staff recognizing us and accommodating our preferences. The dining options were satisfactory, but the pricing was a bit high for what was offered.
